Ruth's Arrangements

Use the following information as a guideline for scheduling Ruth Turton, these are the standard arrangements, but if needed, we will always try our best to work within your budget restrictions.

Speaking fees are contingent upon several factors, the number of speaking sessions, and the length of time for the scheduled event(s).

Keynote Presentation
Honorarium, plus expenses. Expenses include: meals, travel time/mileage and lodging.

*Please note: Ruth's product/merchandise tables will need to be set-up in an adjacent section of the presentation room. A table attendant may be required by the Sponsor to assist Ruth before and after the presentation.

Travel Arrangements
If distance requires air travel, expenses for one refundable/changeable airfare to destination city, rental car, and or $.32/per mile for driving to event.

Meals/Hotel
If overnight stay is required, sponsor shall provide one single hotel room (non-smoking), gratuities, and meals.

Weekend Seminar & Retreats
For all day sessions or weekend events, fees will vary depending upon the number and length of speaking sessions.

Convention & Weekly Rates
Conference speaker fees are conditional upon the number of speaking sessions, workshops, and/or seminars, and the length of time that she is scheduled with the hosting sponsor. Travel and meal expenses for two people may be required on bookings scheduled for four or more days.
